Eligibility Requirements

  • From a Canadian authorized retailer (not re-seller or marketplace)

  • Submit a request within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Conditions:

    • Identical Item: Same brand, model/SKU, color, size, and new condition.

      The lower-priced item must be regular priced (not on promotion, discount, final sale, or outlet).

    • The item must be in stock at the time of the request.

    • Price comparison includes the total cost: product price + taxes + shipping fees + applicable charges.

  1. Your order number

  2. Screenshot of your receipt

  3. Screenshot of the lower price

    • Price, date, and time must be visible

  4. Product link showing the lower price

  • Typographical or error-based pricing
